This month four new risk retention groups were added to the Risk Retention Reporter listings and three RRGs were deleted, taking the total number of RRGs up to 238. No new purchasing groups were added to the Risk Retention Reporter listings, and no PGs were deleted, leaving the total number of PGs at 1030.
Three of this month’s new risk retention group formations were in South Carolina; all of which will be providing coverage to the Transportation sector. Bihar RRG, Inc. will be providing commercial auto liability to truckers. Woodlands RRG, Inc. will be providing commercial auto liability to truckers. Cumulus RRG, Inc. will be providing commercial auto liability to truckers.
This month’s final new risk retention group is domiciled in Vermont and will be serving the Healthcare sector. Interstate Insurance Company RRG, Inc. will be providing professional liability to long term care facilities in Pennsylvania and New York.
